RETURN POLICY

www.kiddo.in offers a simple and easy 10-days return policy to our customers. You can conveniently return any item within 10 days from the date of delivery. Please do not accept any order if the seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery. All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygienic reasons; and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Any item without tags will not be accepted. In matter of exchange, please read our EXCHANGE POLICY.

All items purchased from www.kiddo.in can be returned for a full refund within 10 days from the date of delivery; excluding the shipping cost. The shipping charge will not be refunded. The customer can choose to get the entire amount refund as a bank transfer into their account or in the form of wallet credit in their www.kiddo.co.in account. If the order was placed by cash on delivery, the amount will be returned in the form of wallet credit ONLY. The credit points can be redeemed in your next order. Payments made through any of the wallet apps like Paytm, Phonepe, etc; the amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment. Once we receive the returned products, there will be a quality check on the items by our quality team. This is subject to the return having met the following conditions:

  1. The items should be unused and unwashed for hygienic reasons.
  2. The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
  3. The customer should return the item within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

A notification with the status of the return will be sent to the customer within 24 working hours from the date of receiving the items. Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely before handing it over to the courier person; to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
