EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer the service of exchange for your ordered items provided it is in the favour of our terms and conditions. If you wish to exchange the item that has been delivered to you, it will be replaced by a different size or colour of the same design only. No other item will be provided in place of the exchanged item.

If you change your mind to not keep the ordered item due to any reason, you may return the product to us and you will receive your refund after the item has reached to us. Please note that the shipping cost will not be refunded.

Once we receive the exchanged products, there will be a quality check on the items by our quality team. This is subject to the exchange having met the following conditions:

  • The items should be unused and unwashed for hygienic reasons.
  • The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
  • The customer should send the item for exchange within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Any item sent to us for exchange which does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. The item will then NOT be accepted for an exchange and no amount will be reimbursed in this case.
